States—he brings over
25 years of experience building and scaling technology-enabled businesses.
A former long-standing CEO, James previously founded and led the global lone-worker protection company
Peoplesafe,
growing it into the market leader before a successful private-equity exit. He has since focused on the
pet safety and
identification sector, leading consolidation strategies in both the UK and US. In his role at Petkey,
James supports
the Board and executive team with strategic guidance as the company scales its technology, operations,
and partnerships
across the U.S. market.

Lisa Hunter

Chief Executive Officer
Lisa serves as CEO of Petkey, leading the company’s growth and innovation in pet reunification
technology.
With deep commercial experience and strong market insight, she is focused on delivering reliable,
technology-driven solutions that enhance pet safety and provide peace of mind for pet owners.
Previously, Lisa led and successfully exited the UK-based Pet Microchip Services Group in 2024 and was
CFO
of Send For Help Group (now Peoplesafe), the world’s largest lone-worker protection provider, where she
played a key role in a successful private-equity exit. At Petkey, Lisa combines hands-on leadership with
strategic execution as the business scales across the U.S. market.

Blair Hulet

Chief Operations Officer
Blair has been with Petkey for nearly 20 years, helping lead
the development of its technology. As COO, she's focused
on managing the implementation of solutions that improve
Petkey for the millions that partner and register with us.
Her expertise in tech has been key in driving the company's
growth and keeping it at the forefront of the industry.

Kevin leads Petkey's sales efforts, building partnerships with
veterinary groups across the country. He focuses on identifying

Kathy leads Petkey’s call center team, managing daily operations and driving improvements in service
delivery.

Emma Webb

Marketing Manager
Emma drives our outreach efforts, raising awareness
about microchipping and pet registration. She works
with organizations to collaborate and often visits them
to understand how Petkey can better support the pet
industry. By creating projects that educate pet owners
and partners, Emma ensures Petkey's message reaches
a wide audience, promoting the importance of
microchips for pet safety and reunification.
